Sellincourt Primary School runs a wrap around care service for parents. Early Birds is the Breakfast Club and The Cuckoo Club is the After School Care provision.
Early Birds Club
Early Birds Club is run from 7.30am to 9am every morning, Monday to Friday. The children are provided with a selection of cereals and toast for breakfast. They have a variety of activities provided in the morning which range from reading, drawing, games and construction. Children are encouraged to be independent. There are three qualified members of staff who supervise the children and ensure the children are well looked after and safe. We can take up to a maximum of 30 pupils in any one session.
Costs
7.30 - 9.00 am: £5.50 per session
Daily ad hoc rate: £9 per session (correct cash accepted and receipted on day)
Cuckoo Club
The Cuckoo Club runs from 3.30pm to 6.15pm each school night, excluding the last day of each full term (Christmas, Easter and Summer). Children are provided with a light snack at around 4.30pm, when other school clubs have finished. The snack menu includes food such as baked beans on toast or soup with bread and butter. Children eat together and have a social meal together at the table. There is a wide variety of activities that are offered to the children often based around a theme or cultural celebration such as Diwali or Christmas. Other activities include indoor and outdoor games, puzzles, books, toys and construction materials. The centre has three qualified members of staff on duty one of which is the manager. We can take up to 30 pupils in any one session.
Costs
3.30 - 6.15 pm: £13.00 per session
Daily ad hoc rate: £18 per session (correct cash accepted and receipted on day)
Sibling discounts:
1 – child – full price / 2 - children – 25% discount / 3 – children – 25% discount
Late collection – 15 min from the Cuckoo Club results in a £10 collection fee.
Child Care Vouchers are accepted
Two weeks’ notice is required for cancellation of regularly booked sessions.

Once you have registered your child you can book your children into the Breakfast or After School Provision. Payment is made directly on line when making the booking via the above website address. Children who are registered may book an ad hoc place on the day via the school office, only if there is space available. Please note that ALL children must be registered on line to attend either provision.
