If you have been sent this link via email, your child has been selected to take part in the Boccia tournament at Burntwood School which is being held on Tuesday 12^th November 2024.

The Boccia tournament will take place from 10am until 1pm. The children will be leaving school at 9:15am and will return to school at 1:30pm. They will need to arrive to school in their PE kit: white top, black leggings/shorts and trainers.

All children are entitled to a free school meal which will be eaten when we return to school. You will need to provide a bottle of water for your child to have at the game.

Please complete the consent form below for your child to take part in this trip. If you are able to volunteer, please inform Coach Felix or Miss Moore and select the option on the consent form.
